DRAMA

Our community theater has made great steps over the last several years, and we want you involved in what we are going to do in the future.  There are a variety of ways you can do that, from acting to stage painting, costume help, directing, and even writing. We all have gifts, and we want you to have the opportunity to get involved.

On Sunday, September 12th at 7:00 p.m., we are going to have a kick-off drama meeting (it will only last an hour).  We are going to talk about future plans for our group and your participation. “A Christmas Carol” will be our December production. The meeting will be held in the theater. Anyone interested in being a part of Community Players Theatre is invited to attend and your voice will be heard.  For questions, e-mail Chris Ryan our Drama Coordinator at cryan@murrieta.k12.ca.us

We are fastest growing community theater in North County .  Because of this growth, we have a grand ambition this spring.  We would like to do "The Sound of Music".  With our talent and the possibilities for our theater, it will be the greatest show in our history.  So, with this Christmas show, we want to give everyone a chance to shine.

IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE

The actors and crew of the Community Players Theatre group would like to thank Pastor and the congregation and all those who supported us in our production of "It's A Wonderful Life."  The play was well received and a good time was had by all.  In addition, we would like to thank Susie Pinaire and the Fellowship Committee for their efforts at intermission, offering refreshments to our audience.  And a big thank you to all those who provided the fantastic cast party for us after the Sunday matinee.   Our Drama Ministry at Community Lutheran Church is to glorify God and we thank you for allowing us that opportunity.
