God Squad                             
What is God Squad???

God Squad is our beginning youth group and it is made up of 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. They meet every Wednesday evening during the school year under the direction of Keith Simmons. The first 30 minutes is game time. Capture the Flag, kickball, and various other outside games are played. The next 30 minutes is dinnertime and brings God Squad and the Jr. High together. We ask that each youth bring $2.00 to cover dinner costs. The meal is also prepared by volunteers so if you would like to help out with dinner, please contact Jim Meyer. The final 30 minutes are spent in Bible study as this group of youth begins to learn about their place in God's kingdom.

Again, this is a beginning youth group and is meant to give the youth the opportunity to see what youth group is like. They will have special events throughout the year, but their main focus is on that Wednesday night.

GOD SQUAD

(3rd — 5th grades)

SUNDAY SCHOOL  - Every Sunday morning from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m., in the preschool rooms. We begin our time with singing in the Sanctuary. Come and join us!

YOUTH NIGHT - Every Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Our time will be spent playing some games, eating dinner and having a Biblical devotion. Please bring along $2.00 to

cover dinner costs. Special Christmas Caroling on Wednesday, Dec. 9th at Palomar Hospital from 6-7:15 p.m.  PARENTS – I need some help with dinner. If you can help see Jim Meyer or sign up at the Youth Information Booth on Sunday mornings.   WE WILL NOT HAVE YOUTH NIGHT ON DECEMBER 23 or 30 BECAUSE OF CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S.

Our schedule for the evening is as follows: 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. – Game time 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. – Dinner time 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. – Devotion time     We ask each person to bring $2.00 to cover dinner costs. Parents, if you could help with dinner, please see Jim Meyer - THERE IS NO YOUTH NIGHT ON APRIL 8 and 15 BECAUSE OF HOLY WEEK AND SPRING BREAK.
