Greetings for Kids of the Kingdom Sunday School-December 2008

As we enter the Christmas Season, may we all enjoy the festivities while continuing to focus on the “miracle” of Jesus’ birth, He who brings a great “Light” to the world. The children are gearing up for the Annual Christmas program. It will be presented on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at 4:00pm. Children ages 3 through 11 and also a few junior high kids will participate, providing a beautiful story in drama, music and song. Please join us and invite extended family and friends to join you. What a great way to focus on the “Gift” of Christmas.
**Rehearsals: Sat., Dec. 6th 9:00am to 11:00am Saturday, Dec. 13th 1:00pm to 3:00pm**

Sunday school lessons continue throughout the month of December, including opening song worship. A Craft day is scheduled for December 28th.

Starting in January, we will begin a collection of “Back-Pack” items to send to a collection group called GAIN (Global Aid Network). More information will be sent home with your children.

We are also planning to schedule parents and other volunteers to assist with the Praise Table and upcoming special events. Please contact Mona or Joan for more information.
