JR. HIGH YOUTH

BIBLE CLASS - Every Sunday morning from 9:00 to 9:50 a.m., in Room 12.

CONFIRMATION - Every Wednesday afternoon from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. 6th and 7th grade classes meet in the Ministries Building and 8th grade meets in the Youth Room. If you have any questions about the program, please call or speak with Jim Meyer.  THERE WILL BE NO CONFIRMATION ON MARCH 31 BECAUSE OF HOLY WEEK.

YOUTH NIGHT - Every Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.  Our time will be spent playing some games, eating dinner and having a Biblical devotion. Please bring along $2.00 to cover dinner costs. THERE WILL BE NO YOUTH NIGHT ON MARCH 31 BECAUSE OF HOLY WEEK.

DRIVE-IN MOVIE NIGHT – Friday, March 12 beginning at 6:30 – 10:00 p.m.  We will turn Tomlinson Plaza into a drive-in movie theater.  Bring along a chair and a blanket and I will provide the snacks.  This is a great event to bring along a couple of friends.  If you would like to suggest a movie, please let Jim know.

SR. HIGH YOUTH NEWS

YOUTH NIGHT - Sunday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00p.m., in the Youth Room.  Do a little music, some family group time and watching the next episode of Friday Night Lights.  THERE WILL BE NO YOUTH NIGHT ON MARCH 21^st BECAUSE OF THE MUSIC AND DESSERT CLASSIC.

SPORTS DAY – Our next sports day is scheduled for Sunday, March 7^th beginning at 3 p.m.  We will meet at Ryan Park (Behind Valley High School on the corner of El Norte and Valley Pkwy.)  We will play some games and then head back to church for dinner and Youth Night.  This is a great opportunity to invite some friends for a little fun.  

MUSIC AND DESSERT CLASSIC – Sunday, March 21 beginning at 6:30 p.m.  This is another fundraiser for those going to the NYG in New Orleans this summer.   Each NYG youth is asked to bring 2 nice desserts and to help serving that evening.  If you have musical talent and would like to perform this evening, please see Jim ASAP.
